How this site works

Philadelphia Window Replacement Planner does not install, repair or replace anything and does not hold itself out as a licensed contractor. It has no storefront or crew. It publishes guides and passes homeowner requests to a local window and door installer.

After you send a request, an installer may call or email you to talk about the project and offer an estimate. There is no charge to send a request and no obligation to hire anyone who contacts you.

Local facts and building-code notes on these pages are summaries for orientation. Rules change and differ by property. Confirm permit and historic review questions with the city, borough or township before work starts. Nothing here is legal, engineering or architectural advice.

This site does not publish customer reviews, star ratings or years-in-business claims about any installer. Check an installer's references and registration yourself.
